If you live on Phase 7 of the Tadley Acres Estate in Shepton Mallet, the ‘common areas’ of Grass, Shrubs, Trees, and open spaces are managed by the owners of the 97 properties there. We have seven directors, all residents of Phase 7, and we work through an estate management company limited by guarantee called Shepton Mallet (Phase 7) Management Company Limited.

We have recently dispensed with the services of FirstPort Estate Management Company – they were far too expensive and gave poor service. We can do better ourselves! We have a small Community Garden which is looked after by one of our directors, and we would welcome your involvement if you live on the Estate.
