We have many courses, events, individual sessions, talks and free events coming up!
Starting on Monday 13th May we begin our short courses in yin and Hatha yoga, men’s yoga, hypnotherapy, life coaching, quantum parenting, womb healing to restore hormonal balance , voice circle to find your voice, shamanic healing, qigong, soundbaths, chakra balancing, Mindful movement for adults and parents, teenage empower circles and Free Fridays for unemployed and low income people as well as carers.
