I have classes in Shepton Mallet, Wells, Pilton, and Ston Easton. Teaching the classic 24 Tai Chi Form, Shibashi and other Qigong sequences
I teach yoga in Shepton Mallet and Wells both 1:1 and group sessions.
I teach a strong vinyasa core yoga which is good for weight loss and toning your body. Helping you to sculpture your physique.
Both traditions are very good for mental health and physical health.
